As a former POW, he was employed by a Georg Gr\u00e4sslin and was in the Reich starting 16 September 1940. This was a massive offence by Russia that was begun on 22 June. it was a massive summer offensive on the Eastern Front. This offensive marked the beginning of the end for Nazi control in Poland, The first Nazi concentration camp built in the Poznan area, Fort VII officially stopped operating.
